JuJam is a kids research panel, owned and operated by Futurescape, specifically designed for 7 to 12 year olds. Kids share their views and opinions about products, brands and services in a safe, child-friendly place with parents and trusted JuJam staff close by.
All JuJam surveys and activities are age appropriate and can be fully parent monitored.
Yes, the account and membership services are free.
JuJam is for kids 7 to 12 years only
No, only one child per household can be a JuJam member. This is to ensure our JuJam panel represents the voice of a wide range of kids across the country.
No, we are looking for kids from all over the country.
We’ve built JuJam to allow safe, real-world connections for kids. Parental consent must be obtained before children are accepted into the JuJam community and parents are made aware of all research activity their child is invited to participate in.
JuJam provides kids with a means of expressing their opinions on a range of topics where they are free and safe to be themselves.
In this online space, children will be incentivised for each activity they participate in either via prize draws for shopping vouchers or at an individual level with cash or shopping vouchers.
No. We know how sensitive your child’s personal details are and it is our commitment to keep this information safe. JuJam does not provide information to google or other search engines and your child is not searchable through any database or search engine.
Research may be carried out on a range of different products, brands and services. Questions will vary from – “How much do you like this noodle pack?” (child to give a measure of appeal via a simple scale), to “Describe your favourite chocolate bar and what makes it yummy” to “What is your opinion on the latest Nike advertisement?”
A diverse range of question formats are used to collate answers e.g. multiple choice, star ratings, tick box, drag and drop, picture selection, etc.
When you share any information via JuJam activities, it is accessible to the JuJam team and relevant client(s) only. Your name and contact details will remain confidential to Futurescape.
No. Children access the site through a personal link that is emailed to the parent, and this link is not connected to facebook.
No. The JuJam panel is for market research purposes only. Your child’s details will not be passed to any third party. All communication will be via Futurescape and the JuJam team.
We can’t. JuJam is just one piece of kids’ online activity. We believe that parents will let their kids interact with this website because we provide the opportunity for them to chaperone their kid’s online activity. Beyond that, parents must make personal decisions about a child’s access to various sites.
